As VP of Development, you will get the opportunity to work with the latest technologies such as IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cloud Big Data, etc., and be part of a “Dream Team” of passionate developers, UX/UI’ers, Data Scientists etc.
The Digital Services team is a newly formed organization and it is therefore necessary to “build the bridge while walking on it” – i.e. you will have great influence in setting your mark in the organization, company and ultimately the industry.
As VP of Development, you will be working closely with the VP of Digital Services to build a top professional development team – a “Software Factory” – based on the latest Microsoft technologies in a truly agile environment. You will be responsible for hiring, leading and developing a team of “the best of the best” software engineers and define the processes, working methods, infrastructure, etc. necessary to create innovative solutions for a huge global market.
Primary tasks and areas of responsibility:
The ideal candidate is expected to have an education at BA or MSc level in software engineering or computer science, but experience from a similar role where you have built up a development team from scratch in a global company is more important.
