NREP wants digitalization to play an even more important role in the years to come as they see great potential in new technologies and intelligent use of data. So, to support the success of the digital transformation required, they have launched a search for a digital trio to operate primarily within the Living business line. Each role will have its own characteristics and focus areas, but to succeed, this team will have to work closely together. We are looking for a Project Manager, a Product Owner, and a Technical Manager.
As a Technical Manager you will be given the opportunity to design and define the technical demands in terms of solutions, architecture and security. You will work closely with the team mentioned above as well as the head of IT and Digitalization, where you will be collaborating to pursue and develop NREP’s digital agenda. Therefore, to succeed in this role, you must have a great understanding of and interest in digitalization.
As Technical Manager you will be responsible for ensuring an overview and the coordination of different digital solutions within the Living business line, as well as suggesting digital solutions to different needs. Therefore, you will need to have experience and knowledge about digital transformation and a thorough interest in digital trends.
Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:
The ideal candidate is expected to have a technical education at BA or MA level, but experience from a similar role is more important. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to have the adaptability to work with various business needs and have an innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
