We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the LogPoint team based in their headquarters in Copenhagen.

 

The management team at LogPoint needs an Executive Assistant to support the increasing workload in the Global team – it is therefore a highly trusted position in the company. The position requires an ambitious and self-driven person with passion for strategic company development. As LogPoint is a dynamic and growing company, you will have a great opportunity to develop both personally and professionally into different roles in the future.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will primarily be supporting the CEO on various tasks in a busy and professional everyday life.

Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:

 

  • Function as the Personal Assistant to the CEO
  • Extensive involvement in business development of LogPoint in the global strategy
  • Involvement in multiple projects in the management team
  • Participation in project management
  • Insights to the financial operation of LogPoint
  • Weekly reporting to the management teams and the board
  • Secretary of the Board of LogPoint
  • Various other relevant ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Various practical tasks when needed

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate is expected to have a couple of years of experience from a similar position and you are the type of person who is enthusiastic and thrives by the notion of personal initiative and ownership.

 

To succeed in the role, you must hold a relevant Master’s degree preferably from Copenhagen Business School or similar. You must be a high performer with an excellent academic track record. To this can be added a distinct flair for the Microsoft Office package, ability to work with IT tools and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

 

Also, the following personal skills are expected:

 

  • Ability to represent the CEO and other key LogPoint executives in their absence
