Growing fast being one of the first movers within the streaming industry, HBO continues to take advantage of the latest innovations.

To secure a leading position and to make sure that HBO takes a leading role in the Nordics, we are looking for a passionate CRM & Marketing Automation Manager.

You will be responsible for the execution, management and ongoing development of the Customer Contact & CRM Strategy. In this hands-on position – you will design, build and operate various customer driven programs (through primarily e-Mail Marketing, SMS and Social Media) to ensure always-on and effective communication. Focus will be to deliver the right messages and content, to the right contacts, at the right time to ensure HBO keeps creating and nurturing relationships that drive the business forward.

 

It is a key position and your primary tasks and areas of responsibility will be:

 

  • The ability to drive and deliver the Customer Contact Strategy including CRM, Marketing Automation and Campaigns
  • Effectively optimize & evolve customer lifecycle programs and e-Mail/SMS Campaigns to deliver business growth
  • Customer Profiling & Segmentation (Data)
  • CRM & Marketing Automation Ecosystem
  • Project Management of Vendors & Suppliers: Directing and driving CRM & MA suppliers and internal IT to deliver against KPI’s and project outcomes

 

 

Ønskede kompetencer og erfaring

The ideal candidate is expected to have a relevant bachelor or master degree in business administration, but experience from a similar role within the industry or maybe Telco and internet providers, is more important. We expect a strong analytic and commercial profile with great project management skills, a passion for data and a proven track-record of working with B2C related services, developing and implementing CRM strategy, databases and systems.

 

As a person, you are result oriented and dynamic with a huge drive and a personal eager to achieve remarkable results through very focused and structured efforts. You are an open-minded person, a team player with a pragmatic approach to collaboration, internally and externally. You work independently with an entrepreneurial mind-set, and you have strong analytical skills and the capacity to handle complex matters.
